This is the time when the landscape is delightful, a snow-laden paradise with more winter activities to enjoy, as well as the Northern Lights to marvel at.
ARRIVAL IN BODEN - DAY 1

12:45 | You'll arrive at Lulea Airport and enjoy a short transfer to Boden through snow-covered trees .
12:55 | Arrival in Boden, a gorgeous little town surrounded by forest and river valleys.
Here, accommodation is eco-friendly, meeting nature in a sustainable way. Discover the quaint town where everything is close by; cafes where you can enjoy a warm drink, restaurants where you can sample traditional cuisine and meet the friendly people who call this forest home.
14:00 | You'll be taken to the modern and luxurious Treehotel in Harads where you have the option of spending a night high above the ground in one of Sweden's most innovative accommodations. The Treehotel has a restaurant, shop and guesthouse. Enjoy a guided tour of this contemporary wonder in a white paradise.
16:00 | After two hours at Treehotel, you'll visit Arctic Bath, a floating timber monument of floating hotel rooms that celebrate the importance of the forests for Sweden's development. The centre of the bath is great for sunbathing, winter bathing or a coldbath under the sky. The main building has cold and hot bath, severeal saunas, a spa treatment room, lounge and restaurant.
17:00-18:00 | Transfer and check in at Sorbyn Lodge nestled in a peaceful lakeside location that offer a plethora of winter experiences.
19:00 | Enjoy dinner with members of Boden Tourism at the Kallkallan restaurant. The passionate chef will prepare a local meal sourced from the surrounds, with fresh products from Swedish Lapland.
20:30 | After dinner, you'll meet with an expert guide from Creative Adventures that will take you on a snowshoe walk, adn depending on the time of year, you may witness the incredible spectacle of the Northern Lights. Overnight at Sorbyn Lodge.
OFF TO PITEA - DAY 2

07:00 | This morning will begin with a hearty breakfast at Sorbyn Lodge before moving onto your next destination.
08:00 | You'll be transfered to Jossgerden, Pitea in the eastern part of Swedish Lapland, a lovely town that attracts visitors from all over the world. Here you can enjoy the stillness of the forest, adventures on the river and the mystical magic of the mdnight sun, with a selection of summer activities too. Choose from a wide range of accommodation, camp out by the sea, or book a cosy cabin of your own in the archipelago.
09:15 | Arrive at Jossgarden Sjulsmark, a Victorian town established in 1824. Meadows, red-painted farm buildings, horses and old Swedish farmsteads dot the peaceful landscape. Exciting activities are available all year round and are conducted according to the seasons. You can expect art courses, nights of music, horse and sleigh rides, Christmas smorgasbords, cooking courses and much more. At Jossgarden, you can enjoy a meal as well as a horse and sleigh activity.
12:45 | After an exciting morning, you'll have a site visit at KUST Hotell & Spa; a modern hotel in the heart of Pitea where you'll check in.
15:00 | After exploring the hotel, you'll be transferred to Pite Havsbad for another site visit. This hotel resort is perfect for Lapland travellers, offering tasty meals, conference facilities, unqiue cultures, snowmobile excursions, ice fishing, modern spa facilties and an indoor aqua park.
18:00 | Dinner at Pite Havsbad, wherafter you'll be transported back to KUST Hotell & Spa for an overnight stay.
ACTIVITIES IN PITEA BEFORE LULEA - DAY 3
08:30 | Breakfast at KUST Hotell & Spa
09:45 | Transfer to Icebreaker Cruise with Arctic Explorer. Best visited from December to March, the Icebreaker Cruise makes way for cargo ships on the frozen sea of Pitea. Here you'll have the opportunity to do some light daily work for two hours as part of the crew and learn about how Arctic ships operate. During the two-hour cruise you can relax in the cosy saloon enjoying warm drinks, or walk out on the glittering, frozen sea. For the brave, free pools of ice are at your disposal, where you can dip into the dark waters in a floatation suit.
12:00 | After your experience, you'll be transferred to Lulea, where the river meets the Bothnian sea. Access to the archipelago is just a short walk from the hotels. As the largest city in Sweden's Lapland, you'll be spoilt for choice in entertainment. Do a bit of shopping, have a bite to eat at fine restaurants, or for the socialites, a night out on the town.
13:00 | Enjoy lunch at Bistro Norrland, one of Luleas six White Grand- listed restaurants. The White Guide is the Nordic gourmet guide for Scandinavia's best restaurants.
13:45 | Stroll the streets of Lulea followed by a site visit at Clarion Sense Hotel, a modern 4-star hotel in the heart of the city.
14:30 | Transfer to Gammelstad Visitor Center for a guided tour of one of Sweden's Unesco World Heritage Sites. Over 400 small red and white wood cottages will greet you, as well as the medieval Nederlulea church, a communal meeting place for several centuries. Make a stop at the local gift shop where you can admire traditional artwork and various crafts. Please do bring back some Sami duodji (Sami handicrafts).
16:00- 16:30 | Transfer to Hotel Nordkalotten, a nearly reopened accommodation with a log-style feel, located in the pine forest of Lulea's many sea bays.
19:30 | Dinner and overnight at Hotel Nordkalotten.
YOUR LAST DAY; FARVAL! - DAY 4
08:45 | Enjoy your final breakfast at Hotel Nordkalotten.
09:45 | You'll be transported to Lulea airport for either your return journey, or your onward journey.
