Wine and food tasting tour in Tramonti (2 hours) 25 minutes from Ravello, Amalfi Coast, Italy
Your tour starts at around 11h30 to 12h00 in the quaint town of Tramonti. You'll first visit the ungrafted vineyard of Tenuta Reale, followed by a tour of Rupestre Chapel built in the 7th Century, carved into the rocky mountain. Upon return to the wine farm, enjoy an educational tour of the wine production facilities that will introduce you to the unique methods of wine-making in the area. You'll then enjoy a delicious, homemade, seasonal meal, Italian style.

Afternoon mozzarella class (2-3 hours) Ravello, Amalfi coast, Italy
The Caseificio Staiano's mozzarella production goes all the way back to the past century. Expert cheesemaker Guiseppe Staiano will introduce you to the basics of making fresh fior di latte mozzarella from perfectly crafted, cultured curd.
The tasting includes cheese sampling with family-style accoutrements and home-baked breads.
The tour begins at 17h00-17h30 and is the perfect way to enjoy a summer afternoon along the Amalfi coast.
