You’ve wanted to visit Morocco for the last three years, Thailand since you saw that James Bond film, Bali since reading Eat Pray Love, but somehow you haven’t actually managed to get it together and commit, there’s always a reason or an excuse. Well guess what, 2020 is the year to fulfill your adventure ambitions.
Life will start getting in the way
You’ve finished school, graduated university, got your first big job, your friends are getting married, having kids, buying houses and maybe you’re doing all that too,but these things shouldn’t stop us from travelling. So before you hit the next big milestone in your life get out there and see the world. You’ll never regret travelling so why not have an adventure or two, or maybe even three, before committing to life back home.

Why wait until you’ve lived your life, had kids and retired to go on your travels? What about now whilst we’re young and able, you can still hike mountains, sip fine wines, bungee jump or skydive on a whim. Of course there are plenty of older travellers who are still as fit as a fiddle and living life to the fullest. Their lesson is to live in the moment and go on an adventure!
It’s good for your health
Honestly, it is! Seeing new sights, discovering new cultures, learning new languages, meeting new people, are all experiences that are soothing to the soul. If you live in a busy city, then getting away from it all, breathing new air, feeling the sun on your skin and enjoying some time out can do wonders for your wellbeing. Those with stressful jobs or who have a lot going on can disconnect from the day-to-day stresses and remember what it is to chill out.
Try these destinations in 2020
